I seriously really like the vinyl Kidrobot Simpson’s mini information – Most of Springfield’s most recognizable characters are discovered in this established, though there are some notable omissions (I was hoping for an Otto and Ralph) . In any event, I suspect there will probably be a series 2 at some point.

In case you didn’t read his updates…this was a joke. His friend bet him $500 that he wouldn’t be able to get over a million people to join a facebook for the stupidest reason they could think of. So actually, this is pretty damn hilarious, and a pretty easy way to get $500.

This is obviously a very clever parody of the “If 1,000,000 people+ sign up to a, b will happen” groups, and you fell for it. Just FYI, from a media practitioner’s standpoint, marketing professors in college will have students complete assignments like this on social networking sites because it’s an exercise in “creative networking” to teach them how to attract attention of the masses. The creator of this group has now harvested nearly 1,000,000 user-ids (your identifying facebook #) that he can then sell or use to send out automatic invites for group spam or application development.
