Ok, this is amazing, rapper Hurricane Chris performs in front of the Louisiana state house of representatives. I don’t know if this is cool or a little sad, but I’d say it’s a little bit of both. Especially since a lot of musical critics have been blaming rappers like Hurricane Chris for the demise of hip hop. And his name has the word “hurricane” in it…. in Louisiana….
