Ok, this is where I am at a bit of a mental crossroad. On the one hand, Jon Gosselin is exhibiting many a symptom of douche like behavior, and usually I’m one of the first to put that down.

However, I actually saw an episide of that show recently, and for all the torture that man endures day in and day out from his inverse mulleted ex wife, the man deserves a break. And here it is!

This past weekend he hosted a party at the MGM Grand pool in Vegas, with over 2,000 people in attendance. Reportidely, there was a drunk bikini clad woman with a “Team Kate” sign heckling him, but after years of living with loud noises all around him, I’m pretty sure that man has grown oblivious.

Jon Gosselin to host Vegas Pool Party

This is absolutely hilarious. Jon Gosselin (you know, the guy with the 8 kids and mean mean wife) has now completed the “single guy” turnaround. First he sported lots and lots of questionable Ed Hardy tshirts, then he went out with much younger women, and now, it is all complete.

He will be hosting a party at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand next Saturday, August 29. Even though word on the street is that he has kids to take care of. But look at him… not a care in the world.

However I do think that it’s a smart move. I remember reading somewhere that Heidi Montag and her monkey Spencer made 3 million dollars in two years for doing stuff like party appearances, and Jon Gosselin now has to put 8 kids through college.

Either way, I’m looking forward to pics from that event lol

Lets laugh at Chuck Liddell’s painted toe nails behind the safety of our computers

lidell1Chuck Liddell held a party this weekend at the Planet Hollywood resort in Vegas to celebrate UFC 100 and his induction to the UFC Hall of Fame. It had some awesome celebrity guests, such as Michael Clarke Duncan and Michael Strahan, seen above. But that’s not important right now. What’s important is this.

lidell2Notice anything odd in that picture, besides Chuck’s blatant violation of most clubs dress codes (try telling him that, you’ll get knocked out lol). Look closely.

lidell3Yes. Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell paints his toenails. Pink. That is absolutely hilarious. I wonder if anyone actually told him this without fear of getting knocked the fuck out. Let’s point and laugh, and then prey that he doesn’t find us.

Rihanna celebrates independence with nipple pasties

A reader sent these few amazing pictures of Rihanna celebrating our country’s (and her own) independence in the way that would have made George Washington proud – star shaped nipple pasties. And at the TAO restaurant in Las Vegas,  this scene seemed to arouse a wide range of emotion. Just look at this next pic:

Just look at the guy on the bottom, I bet you he’s thinking “damn I love beeing the drunk random guy that she will probably use to get revenge with”. Although that probably wont fare well with the lady in the first picture. Is that her man? Let’s compare:

You dont mess with Anna Kournikova

ankA reader sent me this picture of Anna Kournikova along with this little story – Anna and her entourage were partying at LAVO in Vegas when a woman at the next table threw her drink at Anna, which turned into a fairly vicious brawl. Anna walked away with some pretty bad scratches, the drink thrower in question was kicked to the curb (and i mean that metaphorically). My source said that Anna was pretty darn vicious – shoving, hitting, etc. Although it would be cool if she new some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instead of resorting to the usual girly hair pulling. Or an old right cross. But yeah, the pic above is how Anna looked before the brawl, now I’m scouring for some after pictures.

Darn Anna, don’t you wish you were dating a big tough hockey player to protect you in situations  like this? Oh that’s right, you roll with Enrique Iglesias. Sure, he wont protect you in a melle, but he’ll warm your icy heart with a scorching hot tune.

Hulk Hogan Parties in Marquee, Diddy in Vegas and more

Sometimes it’s good to be available last second, because it creates some pretty damn awesome moments. Remember that party at Marquee in NYC I mentioned Friday? Well Hulk freaking Hogan was there, sitting with the promoters that I recommend for Marquee (shout out to Matt and Evan). I don’t have a pic of the night, but I imagine it looked something like this:

So yes boys and girls, Marquee in NYC is still the spot.

Over on the west coast, Vanessa Minillo and Nick Lachey were seen leaving MyHouse in LA. First of all – I’m pretty sure these guys were split, second of all I’m pretty sure these guys didn’t have jobs for a while, i guess the recession is affecting everyone. But seriously – what has Lachey been up to?? Even his look alike 12-Pack from VH1 has been getting more work lol. Anyway, here’s a pic:

Carmen Electra and Khloe Kardashian were spotted at Zune LA (SOURCE). Apparently this club is owned by Microsoft! That’s a new addition to the club game, lol, I wonder if they have XBoxes.

It’s Been a Year Already?

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey celebrated their one year wedding anniversary at the Palms resort in Las Vegas this past weekend. Word is Mariah was moved to tears when Nick sang to her at the anniversary  ceremony. If you think that’s tearfull wait till your imminent divorce – arent you the richest singer ever and wasn’t Wild’n Out cancelled? I’m just saying:-)
